We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to provide appointment availability monitoring and notifications. When you create an account, we may collect basic contact information such as your email address (and, if you choose, a phone number for SMS or WhatsApp alerts). We also store your alert preferences (for example: destination country, city/visa center, visa type, date range, and notification settings). We do not sell your personal information.

We do not request or store your visa portal passwords. If our product uses a browser extension or client-side monitoring, any portal session cookies remain on your device and are not transmitted to our servers except as necessary to deliver the service you explicitly enabled. Our servers may process limited technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, and logs to secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose issues.

We may use trusted service providers to operate the service—for example, payment processing (Stripe) and notification delivery (email/SMS/WhatsApp/Telegram). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and only to provide the requested services. We retain your data only as long as needed to operate your account, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
